LEARNERS
For learners training is provided on an ad-hoc basis. Depending on your requirements I can tailor one or more sessions in order help you achieve your objectives. These sessions can be run on a one to one basis or done in conjunction with the friend/family member who is doing the majority of your teaching/supervision.
The number of sessions required will depend on your requirements. A single session will usually last around 1-1.5 hours and would be charged at an hourly rate of £20.
SUPERVISORS
Supervising a Learner Course
This course aims to provide you with the basic knowledge in order to assist you in teaching your child, partner or friend to drive yourself, or give them additional tuition between lessons. Lasting approximately 2 hours I will go through the core skills that need to be mastered by your pupil, demonstrate the five manoeuvres (turn in the road, reverse, bay park, parallel park and emergency stop), and give you pointers on teaching style. This is a "hands on" course with you having the chance to put what you've learnt into practice when you teach me a manoeuvre and correct my faults. More info....

Ad-hoc training
If you are unsure about how to assist your learner with a particular subject, I can provide you with practical training to help overcome the problem. Examples of the type of ad-hoc training that can be provided are: manoeuvres, roundabouts, overtaking etc. Sessions would involve a discussion about the nature of the problem; a demonstration of how it could be done and a chance for you to put it into practice with me as acting as your learner. The duration of the session would depend on the subject but would probably last around 1-1.5 hours and would be charged at an hourly rate of £20.
Phone Support
If you think you may have need for advice and guidance on driving matters but don’t have the need for a specific training, I can do this over the phone.
Phone support is a free service to those people that have undertaken a course or ad-hoc training but can also be taken as a stand-alone service for a one off cost of £20. If you later choose to take a course or ad-hoc training this amount will be offset against the cost of the course.
